We can arrange floral tributes, dove release, funeral stationery and orders of service, a variety of urns, cremation caskets and catering for after the funeral. The Direct Plus Funeral (Unattended Funeral)
A private cremation with no service at the crematorium, arranged on a day and time chosen by us – but with the time and care for your family to say a proper goodbye.
A direct cremation on its own can feel distant and impersonal. The Direct Plus Funeral keeps everything simple and affordable, while giving your family – and your loved one – the time to be cared for and to say a proper farewell.
Everything in The Direct Funeral, plus;
An upgraded coffin – a flat lid coffin finished in a simulated oak veneer and fitted with four brass ring handles.
Your loved one prepared for viewing, with hair styled and personal touches.
Dressed in clothing chosen by your family.
Personal items or mementoes placed in the coffin.
Time to visit and say goodbye – up to one hour at one of our funeral homes.
A small, private gathering for up to ten people at our funeral home.

The Simple Funeral (Attended Funeral)
If a family can be flexible on some aspects of our services, including the day and time of the funeral, then we can offer this arrangement.

Making all necessary arrangements and professional fees.
Conveyance of the deceased into our care at any hour within 20 miles of our Head Office Funeral Home – excludes ferry and air fares.
Use of our care facilities, including simple preparation, dressing and coffining.
Supply of a simple lined and furnished coffin.
Use of our repose facilities at selected funeral homes, for one hour by prior appointment, during normal business hours.
Modern Mercedes hearse to convey the coffin direct to the crematorium or cemetery within a Glasgow postcode. Restricted days and times.
Attendance of a funeral director to oversee the funeral.

Our Bespoke Funeral provides a level of first quality service and allows you to organise the funeral which is tailored to your needs and gives your loved one the farewell they deserve.
This arrangement offers complete flexibility, including choice of route, day and time, and all the special little personal touches which can mean so much.
This is what our Bespoke Funeral includes;
The taking of all instructions, arranging and coordinating all third parties (clergy or celebrant, crematorium or cemetery, florist, newspapers, reception venue etc) and the collection and ingathering of all documentation required.
Advice on all legal and social matters pertaining to the funeral.
The removal of the deceased into our care at any hour (within 25 miles of our head office funeral home – air and ferry fares excluded).
The dignified care and safekeeping of the deceased in our modern climate-controlled care suite.
The preparation, embalming (if necessary) and the dressing in accordance with family instructions (including attention to hairstyle and makeup etc) and the coffining.
The use, by prior arrangement within normal working hours, of the private family suites or repose rooms at any of our citywide locations.
The provision of a modern coach-built Mercedes hearse with uniformed chauffeur and experienced funeral director to supervise the cortege. (Alternative hearses, horse-drawn, motorbike, etc are also available at an additional cost).

The Funeral of an Infant or Child
Scott Munn & Co. aims to provide as much support as possible to parents following the loss of a child. We will not request a fee for our services in the funeral of an infant or child, up to the age of 18 years.
For no fee, we will provide;
Our professional services, including advice, support and guidance on arranging the funeral.
Bringing your child into our care, including the preparation, dressing and presentation of your child.
Use of our private repose facilities for spending time with your child, or bringing them home to rest.
A coffin or child’s casket in white, blue or pink, suitable for the funeral and ceremony of choice.
The supply of a hearse or one limousine for the funeral service.
