Funeral Costs

We offer a wide range of services and choices. Traditional hearses, horse drawn and motorbike hearses, luxury seven-seater limousines, a comprehensive range of coffins and caskets, environmentally friendly coffins and football or hobby themed funerals.

We can arrange floral tributes, dove release, funeral stationery and orders of service, a variety of urns, cremation caskets and catering for after the funeral. We also stock a selection of memorial jewellery and a range of various keepsakes. In fact, we can cater for almost any request with all those special touches which can personalise a funeral ceremony to reflect the unique personality and interests of the deceased.

Creating meaningful farewells for families is the hallmark of our bespoke service. A very personal service tailored to every family’s needs.

We have tried to make arranging a funeral as straightforward as possible, and the costs and fees associated with the arrangements clear and transparent, so that once the funeral has been arranged and all the details are in place, you will know the costs involved, both for all our services and third-party outlays (Disbursements). The cost of a funeral depends on a number of different factors. Whatever option you choose, we will help you plan a special farewell within your budget.

The Discreet Funeral (Unattended Funeral)

This is a no frills, no fuss cremation carried out privately with no mourners in attendance.

The service includes;

  • Our professional services arranging the cremation and in-gathering of documentation.
  • Bringing the deceased into our care within 25 miles of our Funeral Home, during office hours (excludes ferry or air fares) (Additional Cost - £195 for out of hours removal into care).
  • Care of deceased at our Funeral Home Care Facility
  • Supply of basic lined and fitted Tay coffin
  • Conveyance in specialist vehicle to crematorium of our choosing
  • Collection of ashes in simple container
The Discreet Funeral (Unattended Funeral)

This Funeral specifically excludes the following;

  • Embalming or viewing of the deceased
  • Provision of limousine transport
  • Attendance at the Crematorium Service
  • Coffin Selection

The Traditional Funeral (Fully Bespoke Funeral)

Our Traditional Funeral provides a level of first quality service and allows you to organise the funeral which is tailored to your needs and gives your loved one the farewell they deserve.

This arrangement offers complete flexibility, choice of route, day and time, significant music, orders of service and all the special little personal touches which can mean so much.

This is what our Traditional Funeral includes;

  • Our professional services; arranging the funeral, contacting and coordinating all third parties, celebrant or clergy, crematorium or cemetery etc, all administration fees and providing all guidance, support and information on all funeral related matters and registration.
  • The services of our uniformed care team to carry out the dignified transfer of your loved one safely and discreetly in one of our specially built private ambulances to our modern, climate-controlled care suite.
  • Attending to the preparation, dressing and laying to rest in the chosen coffin, including the use of our funeral home repose facilities.
  • The supply of a furnished Tay coffin.
  • The provision of a hearse from our modern fleet with a uniformed chauffeur and funeral director in attendance to supervise the cortege and oversee all funeral arrangements on the day of the funeral. Alternative hearses, horse-drawn, motorbike, etc are also available.

  • At an additional cost, you can select the appropriate number of 6 seater luxury limousines with a liveried chauffeur to meet your requirements.
  • At an additional cost you can upgrade from the Tay coffin to any coffin or casket from our extensive range.
